• I check all the control units installed in the car and compare this data with the speedometer display. I then record the average speed of the car in the control units and check this for plausibility compared to the actual mileage and the active operating time of the car.

• During the OBD scan, I retrieve valuable information from the car’s on-board computer system. The diagnostic tool communicates with the car’s engine control unit (ECU) to collect data on performance, emissions and possible fault codes.

After starting the engine, I pay attention to the warning lights on the dashboard, assess acceleration and braking, steering and handling, test the suspension and ride comfort, observe the transmission and gear changes, and listen for any unusual noises or vibrations among other things.

Finally, I check the general comfort and driving feel.

During the Inspection, I record the condition of the vehicle through photos and videos. I visually highlight all problematic areas, inside and out.
