Premium Vehicle Inspection

The car history report is a treasure trove of valuable information. It unveils details about a car's past, including service history, number of previous owners, registration history, title status and much more. ​ The report also reveals if it was a personal car, rental, taxi... As a motor vehicle expert, I carry out a full document check: examine all vehicle documents, including registration, insurance and service history, for authenticity and completeness. ​ I also provide a prefab car purchase contract, a standardised legal agreement that sets out the terms and conditions of the car purchase. This contract helps to facilitate a transparent and smooth transaction and protect both the buyer and the seller.

I check all the control units installed in the car and compare this data with the speedometer display. I then record the average speed of the car in the control units and check this for plausibility compared to the actual mileage and the active operating time of the car. ​​ During the OBD scan, I retrieve valuable information from the car’s on-board computer system. The diagnostic tool communicates with the car’s engine control unit (ECU) to collect data on performance, emissions and possible fault codes.

(Only insured vehicles) After starting the engine, I pay attention to the warning lights on the dashboard, assess acceleration and braking, steering and handling, test the suspension and ride comfort, observe the transmission and gear changes, and listen for any unusual noises or vibrations among other things. Finally, I check the general comfort and driving feel.
