1. You contact me or book directly on my website the inspection of your choice.
2. As soon as the payment is received, I speak to the seller to clarify important details about the car.
3. If the seller's details match the actual car history, we arrange an appointment and set the location for the inspection.
4. I inspect the car thoroughly for you and take it for a test drive.
Upon request, I will also take over the price negotiation with the seller.
5. Within 24 hours after the inspection, you will receive a detailed vehicle report including photos and videos of the car.
I drive to the place that you or the seller have specified for the inspection of the car.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice: refund of the total amount, minus 50€ handling fee.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: refund of 50% of the total amount.
If I am at the agreed inspection location and the seller does not show up or refuses to allow me to inspect his car, you will be refunded 50% of the total amount.
If the seller refuses a test drive or the car has no gasoline and/or is not insured, the service is deemed to have been provided and will not be refunded.
